Refund policy

At My Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible for returns: Tools, kits, accessories, and unopened products in original condition.

Final sale (no returns): All chemical and spray products (polishes, cleaners, coatings, restorers, and dressings) are final sale once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, contact us at supportcleandrive@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
